Castores Digitales, S.A. de C.V. was founded in 2025 on one conviction: regulatory compliance in Mexico needs a digital revolution.

We are the technology arm of Sinergia Soluciones, a legal and tax consulting firm based in Mexico City. Our focus is the July 2025 amendment to the LFPIORPI for vulnerable activities. Software architects and developers, lawyers and accountants turned legal obligations into a platform that guides your team step by step.

The name comes from the beaver: a patient, methodical builder that works as a team and raises structures that hold against the current.

1. Data controller

Castores Digitales, S.A. de C.V. ("Castores Digitales"), located at Avenida Presidente Masaryk 111, floor 1, Polanco V Sección, Miguel Hidalgo, 11560, Mexico City, is responsible for the personal data collected through this site under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties published on March 20, 2025 (the "Law").

2. Data we process

Identification and contact data, and work data (company, position, activity) you provide when requesting a demo, a quote or commercial information.

3. Purposes

Necessary: responding to your request; preparing demos and quotes; entering into and managing the license and services agreement; invoicing; and complying with legal obligations. Additional: sending product news and regulatory alerts. You may object to additional purposes by writing to the address in section 6 without affecting the service.

4. Data held in the BeaverGuard platform

For client files and other information our customers upload to BeaverGuard, Castores Digitales acts as a processor: it processes such data solely on behalf of and under the instructions of the customer, who is the controller, to provide the contracted service, applying administrative, technical and physical safeguards.

5. Transfers

We may transfer data without consent in the cases set out in Article 36 of the Law, including to competent authorities when required by law and to companies in the same group, such as Sinergia Soluciones Empresariales GSM, S.C., operating under the same policies. We share data with cloud, email and messaging providers acting as processors. We do not sell personal data.

6. ARCO rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection, revoke consent or limit use of your data by writing to sgarcia@castoresdigitales.com with the subject "Personal data", including your ID and a clear description of your request. We will respond within twenty days and, if applicable, act on it within the following fifteen days.

7. Tracking technologies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. The form stores no data on this site: it prepares a message you choose to send via WhatsApp.

8. Changes

Changes to this notice will be posted on this site with the date of the latest update.

Use of BeaverGuard and any services are governed exclusively by the agreement signed by the parties, which sets scope, tiers, pricing and conditions. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.

4. Obligated entity’s responsibility

BeaverGuard is a support tool. Compliance with Mexico’s anti-money laundering law (LFPIORPI) and its regulations remains at all times the responsibility of whoever carries out the vulnerable activity and its designated compliance representative and is not transferred to Castores Digitales or its group companies.

5. Intellectual property

BeaverGuard, Castores Digitales, their logos, the software and site content are protected under Mexican copyright and industrial property law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for decisions made based on site information without specific advice, or for technical interruptions. Third-party links are for reference.

7. Personal data

Governed by our privacy notice.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico, and the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City.
